to serve as
Hospital Administrator and Director of Nursing (DON) . This dual-role position combines operational oversight with clinical leadership, making it ideal for a healthcare professional with strong management experience and a passion for behavioral health. Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily hospital operations, staffing, and regulatory compliance. Manage budget, facility operations, and partner agreements. Lead community outreach, program development, and strategic planning. Clinical Leadership:
Direct nursing services, ensuring high-quality, evidence-based care. Oversee nurse staffing, education, and performance. Foster a culture of safety, teamwork, and patient-centered care. Qualifications
Master’s Degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, Behavioral Health, or related field. Active RN license in Missouri (or ability to obtain). 3–5 years of leadership experience in behavioral health or geriatric care.
