Industry Financial Services About the Role We are seeking an innovative Senior Vice President to spearhead AI initiatives across our organization. This strategic role is crucial for establishing and governing a dynamic pipeline of AI projects that align with our organizational objectives. The ideal candidate will: Drive cross-functional collaboration with partners across technology, operations, risk, product, distribution, and compliance. Develop strategic partnerships with senior leaders to align AI initiatives with business goals. Enhance engagement through internal programs focused on AI integration. Have 8-12 years of relevant experience in the financial services, management consulting, technology, or fintech sectors with a successful track record in large-scale transformations. Bridge the gap between technical teams and business stakeholders, showcasing a strong interest in generative AI tools. Be an exemplary communicator, skilled at engaging diverse executive stakeholders to foster collaboration. Define and monitor clear KPIs for AI projects, staying attuned to external trends and proposing innovative solutions.
