Restaurant Manager

We are an upscale, tech‑infused mini‑golf experience combining world‑class food, full bar, and an exciting venue. Reporting to the Director of Operations, the hospitality manager will oversee high‑volume restaurant/venue operations, including game component.
Base Pay Range $60,000.00/yr - $65,000.00/yr
Key Responsibilities
Oversee 1–2 areas of venue operations including service, bar, reception, game & tech.
Uphold company policies, processes and standards, ensuring compliance and business objectives.
Operate computer systems such as POS and online team‑member scheduler.
Manage controllable expenses for your area of responsibility.
Assign and ensure completion of side work.
Facilitate collaboration between kitchen and front‑of‑house operations.
Team Development & Management
Participate in hiring, training and developing hourly associates.
Maintain and update associate schedules using weekly and daily forecasts.
Conduct pre‑shift meetings to provide daily focus and continuous coaching.
Drive accountability through constructive coaching and feedback.
Guest Experience
Manage guest service issues with a guest‑centric mindset.
Champion the Puttshack brand by ensuring a consistent and exceptional guest experience.
Compliance & Safety
Maintain a safe, secure and healthy work environment and uphold food safety standards.
Enforce proper safety protocols to minimize risk for guests and associates.
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 2 years of experience as a manager in a full‑service restaurant; experience in a high‑volume food & beverage, hospitality and/or social entertainment venue.
Results‑driven; ability to lead and coach teams to achieve business objectives.
Strong communication skills, conflict resolution and directional coaching.
Financial acumen and solid understanding of restaurant operations.
Tech savvy and willing to learn new systems and tools.
Flexible availability to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
Must pass a post‑offer background check.
Preferred Qualifications
ServSafe certification and state/local licensing requirements.
Hospitality degree.
