What we're looking for:
2- or 4-year degree in Turfgrass Management or related field, preferred
2+ years of progressive experience as an Assistant Golf Course Superintendent
Strong agronomic expertise in the Carolinas’ climate, irrigation, and turf health
Proven leadership ability with a focus on team development and accountability
A superintendent who thrives under high expectations and takes pride in delivering excellence.
Experience with H2B, a plus.
Responsibilities:
Deliver and maintain championship-level playing conditions across all golf courses and grounds.
Oversee agronomic programs, staff leadership, and daily maintenance operations.
Lead turf, irrigation, drainage, and renovation projects.
Plan and execute cultural practices, moisture management, pest control, and course conditioning.
Collaborate with the Director of Agronomy, club leadership and committees to align goals.
