Base pay range $275,000.00/yr - $375,000.00/yr
About the Role The successful candidate will advise clients on workouts, bankruptcy and insolvency matters, and corporate finance transactions, including:
Senior debt and cash flow lending
Asset-based and sponsor finance transactions
Distressed debt and restructuring engagements
This position offers the opportunity to work directly with sophisticated clients, collaborate across practice groups, and contribute to the success of a nationally recognized finance platform.
Qualifications
J.D. from an ABA‑accredited law school
6+ years of corporate finance or restructuring experience in a large law firm setting
Active Texas Bar admission
Exceptional drafting, communication, and negotiation skills
Strong academic credentials and the ability to manage multiple complex matters
Compensation & Structure
Base Salary: $275,000 – $375,000 (commensurate with experience)
Billable Hour Track Options: 1600, 1750, or 1900
Part‑Time Option: Available (minimum monthly billable of 1,120 hours; proportionally paid)
