Responsibilities
Execute contractual deliverables including in-venue signage, paid media, sweepstakes, in-store activations, and digital/social campaigns.
Manage day-to-day partnership assets and campaign trackers, ensuring deadlines, budgets, and creative approvals are met.
Lead logistics for activations: ticketing, hospitality, VIPs, promotions, and on-site event support.
Collaborate with Marketing, Creative, PR, Retail, and Community teams to integrate campaigns into national brand moments.
Track and compile performance data for recaps, KPI reporting, and ROI analysis.
Maintain detailed calendars and process documents to ensure consistent execution across dozens of activations.
Serve as a professional liaison with partners and vendors, escalating relationship management to the Manager as needed.
Travel as needed (20–30%) for event execution and on-site activations.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Sports Management, or related field.
1–3 years of experience in marketing partnerships, sponsorships, or event execution—sports/entertainment background strongly preferred.
Strong project management and organizational skills; proven ability to juggle multiple campaigns.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with project management software (Asana, Smartsheet, etc.) a plus.
Detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
