Overview
The Marketing Coordinator supports the execution of all marketing initiatives across digital, print, and internal channels. This role is responsible for organizing workflows, managing assets, and ensuring projects are completed on time and aligned with brand standards. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and thrives in a fast-paced, creative environment.
Key Responsibilities
Project Coordination:
Manage marketing support tickets, timelines, and deliverables across teams and vendors.
Swag and Print:
Oversee design, production, and inventory of branded materials, event collateral, and print assets.
Support / Tickets:
Serve as the main point of contact for internal marketing requests, triaging and prioritizing tasks for the team.
Graphic Design:
Support the creation of visual assets for social media, digital campaigns, sales collateral, and internal communications.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Work closely with the PR/Communications and Content teams to ensure brand alignment across all materials.
Reporting:
Track progress, manage asset libraries, and contribute to monthly performance reports.
Qualifications
2+ years of experience in marketing coordination, production, or agency environments.
Proficient in design tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite required).
Proficient with CMS tools (i.e. Squarespace, WordPress).
Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills.
Experience with task management or ticketing systems (e.g., Monday, Asana, HubSpot).
