We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to oversee the daily operations and wellbeing of our office at Melhorn Architecture & Construction. This person will be the heartbeat of the studio, ensuring that our team has the environment, resources, and support they need to do their best work.

Core Responsibilities Office Operations & Maintenance
Serve as the first point of contact for visitors, in person and over the phone, ensuring a professional and welcoming experience.
Oversee deliveries, shipments, and general office logistics.
Keep the office running smoothly by managing supplies, snacks, and kitchen and bathroom inventory.
Coordinate service providers including cleaning crew, landscaper, pest control, appliance repair, and office maintenance.
Workplace Experience & Culture
Help create a warm and organized environment where the team can thrive.
Coordinate team recognition moments (birthdays, work anniversaries, milestones) and small office gatherings.
Support new hire onboarding by preparing workspaces, ordering equipment, and welcoming new team members.
Assist with coordinating office events, lunches, and celebrations.
Administrative Support
Support the leadership team with basic scheduling and meeting coordination.
Assist with document preparation, meeting notes, and follow‑ups as needed.
Maintain software subscription records and track company technology such as iPhones and laptops.
Liaise with outsourced IT support for basic troubleshooting or service requests.

Ability to manage multiple priorities and communicate clearly with team members and vendors.
Positive attitude, professional demeanor, and eagerness to learn and grow.
