We are seeking a results‑driven
Agronomy Region Manager
to lead our agronomy department and support our commitment to providing top‑tier service and solutions to our growers. This role offers the opportunity to take ownership of agronomic strategy, team development, and customer relationships within a progressive and supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and lead a team of agronomists and support staff
Provide expert agronomic recommendations to customers on crop production, soil health, and pest management
Oversee crop input planning, purchasing, and inventory control
Develop and implement agronomy programs that align with company goals and grower needs
Stay up to date on agronomic trends, technology, and compliance standards
Build and maintain strong relationships with growers, vendors, and internal stakeholders
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Agronomy, Crop Science, Agriculture, etc. or equivalent experience
5+ years of experience in agronomy or crop consulting
Proven leadership or supervisory experience preferred
Strong knowledge of crop inputs, precision ag tools, and regional growing conditions
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Compensation & Benefits
Competitive salary range of $100,000 - $140,000, depending on experience + bonuses
Comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, vision, and retirement
