THE TEAM YOU WILL BE JOINING
An IT operations team dedicated to keeping business-critical sites fully connected and operational. This group manages networking and communication systems that directly impact customer transactions and day-to-day business performance. You`ll join a team that values fast problem-solving, reliability, and collaboration with vendors and field staff.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
Troubleshoot and resolve WAN/LAN and VPN connectivity issues across multiple sites
Support VoIP phone systems, including line management, call routing, and SIP trunking
Partner with ISPs and telecom vendors to resolve outages and billing issues
Respond quickly to escalations that affect site operations or payment processing
Document solutions and provide guidance to Level 1 IT support staff
Ensure security and compliance across networks and VoIP systems HOW WILL YOU QUALIFY
2+ years of experience in networking and/or telecom support (multi-site or retail environment preferred)
Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPNs, VLANs, and firewalls
Hands-on experience with VoIP technologies (SIP, RTP, QoS)
Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to support on-site staff remotely
Excellent communication and vendor management skills
