Support our healthcare partners & help them thrive at Meduit ! We are hiring a Senior Cloud Network Administrator to architect, secure, and optimize our hybrid cloud network environment. This role is ideal for a seasoned network engineer with deep Azure networking expertise, strong leadership skills, and experience in VoIP and Windows Server administration. You’ll lead the transformation of Meduit’s enterprise network into a resilient, scalable, and cloud-first architecture while ensuring compliance and performance across all sites. Responsibilities

Design and manage Azure networking components: VNets, subnets, NSGs, route tables, private endpoints, Azure Firewall, and ExpressRoute Lead hybrid connectivity initiatives between on-prem data centers and Azure cloud (VPN, BGP, SD-WAN) Administer Windows Server environments including Active Directory, DNS/DHCP, patching, and Group Policy Oversee VoIP infrastructure and carrier relationships, ensuring high call quality and uptime Monitor and optimize network performance using Azure Network Watcher, PRTG, and SolarWinds Automate network provisioning and policy enforcement using Terraform, Bicep, or ARM templates Document network architecture and configurations for audit readiness and operational transparency Provide Tier 3 support for complex network and infrastructure issues Ensure compliance with HIPAA, SOC 2, and internal governance standards Collaborate with security, DevOps, and application teams to support secure deployments and access control Resolve complex infrastructure issues Essential Skills

Deep expertise in Azure networking: VNets, NSGs, route tables, private endpoints, Azure Firewall, ExpressRoute, VPN Gateway Strong understanding of networking protocols: IPv4/IPv6, TCP/IP, DNS, BGP, OSPF, VPN, SD-WAN, LDAP Advanced Windows Server administration: Active Directory, DNS/DHCP, Group Policy, patching, NPS, Radius Expertise in VoIP and carrier management: SIP trunking, QoS, MOS scoring, jitter/latency analysis Proficiency with monitoring and diagnostic tools: Azure Network Watcher, SolarWinds, PRTG, Wireshark Experience with infrastructure automation: Terraform, Bicep, ARM templates, PowerShell, Bash, Python Familiarity with enterprise hardware: Cisco Nexus, ASA, FirePower, Meraki, Juniper switches/firewalls Operating systems knowledge: Cisco IOS, Windows Server, Linux (RHEL, SUSE, CentOS), VMware Strong documentation and compliance awareness: HIPAA, SOC 2, internal governance standards Proven leadership in cross-functional technical projects and excellent communication skills Required Qualifications

5+ years of experience in enterprise network engineering, including 2+ years focused on Azure networking Azure Network Engineer Associate certification (AZ-700) Azure Administrator Associate certification (AZ-104) Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) Strong understanding of compliance frameworks: HIPAA, SOC 2, and internal governance standards Proven leadership in cross-functional technical projects Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts across all levels of the organization Our company does not offer visa sponsorship for this position. Experience in healthcare IT or other regulated environments Familiarity with infrastructure-as-code practices using Terraform, Bicep, or ARM templates Hands-on experience with VMware vSphere and Linux server environments Exposure to enterprise-grade VoIP systems and carrier management Knowledge of advanced network performance tuning and diagnostics Additional Information
