Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Full Stack Engineering Lead to oversee the design, development, and deployment of enterprise-grade applications. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Java, Kafka, and Angular, and will lead a team of developers to deliver scalable and high-performance solutions.
Key Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end development of web applications using Java (Spring Boot), Kafka, and Angular. rchitect and implement scalable microservices and event-driven systems. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, QA, and DevOps. Mentor and guide junior developers, conduct code reviews, and enforce best practices. Ensure high code quality, performance, and security standards. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across the stack. Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning and delivery.
Required Skills & Qualifications: 8+ years of experience in full stack development. Strong proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, Kafka, and Angular. Experience with RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP). Solid understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field.

Qualifications: • Possess strong experience in Angular 9-12, demonstrating the ability to create dynamic and responsive web applications. • Have extensive knowledge of Rest API and API Gateway, ensuring efficient system integration and data management. • Demonstrate proficiency in Microservices and Spring Boot, showcasing the ability to build scalable and maintainable applications. • Exhibit expertise in Java 11, with a proven track record of writing high-quality code. • Show excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a hybrid work model. • Display strong communication skills, enabling effective collaboration with team members and stakeholders. • Maintain a proactive approach to learning and adapting to new technologies and industry developments.
