Job Summary We are looking for a highly skilled Full Stack Java Developer with deep expertise in Spring Boot to join our growing engineering team. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable backend services and rich front-end interfaces. This role demands strong technical skills, a problem-solving mindset, and a passion for building high-quality software in a collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities Design and develop robust and scalable server-side applications using Java and Spring Boot. Build RESTful APIs and microservices that serve frontend applications and third-party integrations. Develop and maintain front-end components using React.js, Angular, or similar JavaScript frameworks. Participate in the full software development lifecycle (SDLC), including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance. Collaborate with DevOps to ensure CI/CD pipelines are implemented and maintained effectively. Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and security. Conduct code reviews and provide mentorship to junior developers. Troubleshoot and resolve production issues and bugs. Write clean, maintainable, and testable code following best practices and coding standards.
Required Skills & Qualifications 4+ years of experience in full-stack development with a strong backend focus. Strong hands-on experience with Java 8+ and Spring Boot (including Spring Data, Spring Security, Spring Cloud). Proficient in REST API development and integration. Solid front-end development experience using React, Angular, or Vue.js. Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and TypeScript. Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB). Familiarity with Git, Maven/Gradle, and CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or GitLab CI. Working knowledge of containerization tools like Docker and orchestration using Kubernetes (preferred). Familiar with agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) and using tools like JIRA, Confluence, etc.
