Our client, is seeking a Help Desk Technician to join their team. As a Help Desk Technician, you will be part of the Information Technology department supporting internal staff and public users. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Provide identity and account management services for staff and public users of applications Perform first and second-tier computer support for internal staff Manage and deploy computers for staff Assist with resolving technical issues related to digital tools and platforms Contribute to team efforts by actively engaging in open communication and shared goals What's Needed?
At least 1 year of experience working with digital tools, systems, or platforms, with the ability to quickly learn new technologies At least 6 months of experience in a customer service or client-facing role, with success in issue resolution and relationship building At least 6 months of experience working in team-based environments, contributing to shared objectives Experience providing IT support in a professional setting (preferred) Experience working with Microsoft Office Suite and web-based ACD systems (preferred) What's in it for me?
