As a dedicated Warehouse Operations Associate, you will be an integral member of our team, directly contributing to the delivery of outstanding products and service to our valued customers.
We are looking for a reliable, meticulous, and detail-oriented individual to join our Warehouse Logistics Department. Your efficiency, strong work ethic, and commitment to teamwork are crucial to ensuring products move seamlessly and accurately from our warehouse to our customers. This vital role directly supports our company's mission of customer satisfaction and significantly contributes to our continued success and growth.
Responsibilities of the
Warehouse Associate
include, but are not limited to: • Inbound & Stocking: Accurately inspect, unload, and receive incoming stock and
materials with assigned locations; maintain clear, accurate receiving records required for
year-end inventory auditing procedures • Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and prepare orders for timely shipment, ensuring
products are labeled and packaged correctly, and stage shipments for carrier pickup to
meet daily SLAs • Shipping & Compliance: Prepare BOLs, labels, commercial invoices, and customs
docs, etc.; ship via LTL shipments from all freight carriers and freight forwarding parties,
UPS/FedEx/DHL/USPS, and international; schedule pickups and track exceptions • Documentation: Maintain shipping documents for yearly audit. Ensure Warehouse
Receiving and Shipping SOPs and Safety Compliance Records are up-to-date • Inventory Control: Perform cycle counts, reconcile variances, and drive inventory
location accuracy; maintain item master data (weights, dims, stock locations) • Systems & Data Entry: Utilize WMS/shipping software and spreadsheets to update
parts lists, shipments, and inventory transactions. Ensure that all tasks are closed with
complete and accurate data within operating platforms such as NetSuite, ShipHawk, and
Google Cloud Business Applications • Communication: Coordinate with carriers, customers, and internal teams (Sales,
Customer Service, Purchasing, Operations) to resolve logistics questions and expedite
urgent orders • Safety & Equipment: Lead by example on OSHA-compliant practices; document safety
training; report equipment damage; schedule preventative maintenance (forklifts, pallet
jacks, scanners) • Housekeeping & 5S: Keep warehouse and workstations clean, organized, and
audit-ready; ensure proper usage and replenishment of supplies
Requirements of the
Warehouse Associate
include, but are not limited to: • Minimum of 1+ year in a warehouse, distribution, or logistics role
(receiving/picking/packing/shipping) and inventory management • Experience coordinating with parcel and LTL carriers (UPS/FedEx/DHL & common
LTLs) • Experience with Shipment Documents (Packing Slip, Commercial Invoice, BOL,
Country of Origin, SLI/SLA, etc.) • Technical: Comfortable with computers; experience with WMS/ERP systems (NetSuite
& ShipHawk), barcode scanners, and shipping platforms (e.g., UPS WorldShip, FedEx
Ship Manager, ShipHawk) is desired • Documentation: Familiarity with BOLs, packing lists, commercial invoices, HS codes,
COO, and basic international shipping steps (or a quick study) • Safety: Working knowledge of OSHA basics; willingness to lead/record safety trainings
and follow PPE requirements • Physical: Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs. + repeatedly; stand/walk for extended
periods; operate pallet jacks and (after training/certification) forklifts • Communication & Teamwork: Clear written/verbal skills; dependable, organized, and
calm when under time pressure; customer-centric mindset • Work Authorization: Eligible to work in the U.S
Nice to Have (Preferred): • Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain-training provided) • Carrier Claims for damages or lost/shortages • Prior 5S/lean, cycle counting, or inventory control experience • Entry Level - Excel/Google Sheets (lookups, filters, pivot, formulas) and basic
data-cleanup skills
