- Perform complex administrative support activities with limited supervision, ensuring confidentiality and discretion.
- Draft and review memos, letters, and reports, maintaining a high level of accuracy.
- Communicate effectively with management and customers regarding policies and procedures.
- Utilize new technology to enhance administrative efficiencies and improve customer service.
- Exhibit problem-solving skills and creativity in resolving unique situations under pressure.
- High school graduate or GED, with equivalent education preferred.
- A minimum of 6 years of related experience in administrative roles.
- Proficiency in office procedures and equipment, including office-oriented software.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication skills, both oral and written.
