- This role is responsible for providing diverse and confidential administrative support, including extensive calendar management for the AML and GCM Technology Executive.
- Key responsibilities include supporting the Executive with administrative tasks, coordinating travel arrangements, and processing expenses. Job expectations also include supporting administrative inquiries from the Executives directs, assisting with organizing in-person meetings and offsites, and managing different and conflicting activities in a responsive and personable manner.
- This role will provide diverse and confidential administrative support, including extensive calendar management.
- Key responsibilities will include supporting the executive with administrative tasks, coordinating travel arrangements, and processing expenses.
- Also included will be supporting administrative inquiries from the executive directs and assisting with organizing in-person meetings and offsites, Travel planning / booking, Expense processing.
- Provide administrative support for a global technology executive, consisting of calendar management, travel booking, event planning, and other administrative functions
- Support the Executives directs with questions around administrative processes. May also include expense processing and in-person meeting planning
- May be privy to sensitive information requiring considerable tact, diplomacy, and judgment
- Administrative Services - prior administrative experience required. Working knowledge of Concur mandatory
- Attention to Detail - strong time management and organizational skills
- Planning - management of the Executives calendar, including resolving conflicting meetings
- Prioritization - ability to complete multiple priorities simultaneously
- Event Planning - logistics coordination for larger gatherings, including with partners external to the bank
- Oral / Written Communications - strong communication skills to interact with senior leadership, when communicating on the Executives behalf
- Problem Solving - ability to manage or resolve situations that change rapidly

- Minimum of 5 years of administrative experience supporting executive level management
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build relationships and effectively communicate with internal teams and executive level management
- Strong analytical and organizational skills with the ability to appropriately prioritize while maintaining a high level of client service and attention to detail
- Prior experience with handling confidential information, requiring considerable tact, diplomacy, and judgment
- Proficiency in key applications including Outlook, Word, WebEx, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint
