Description We are looking for a skilled Administrative Assistant to join our team on a contract basis in New York, New York. - Respond promptly to incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate team members.
- Perform data entry tasks with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Manage day-to-day administrative operations, including scheduling and organizing meetings.
- Serve as the first point of contact by welcoming visitors and managing reception duties.
- Maintain and organize office records, files, and documents.
- Assist with correspondence, including drafting and editing emails or letters.
- Coordinate office supplies and ensure inventory is adequately stocked.
- Provide support to various departments by facilitating communication and administrative processes.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism. Requirements - Previous experience in administrative support or a similar role is required.
- Strong proficiency in managing inbound calls and directing inquiries.
