Description Robert Half is partnering with a growing construction company seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations and project teams. - Provide administrative support to project managers, superintendents, and office staff.
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate logistics for project activities.
- Prepare, proofread, and distribute project documents, proposals, contracts, and reports.
- Assist with data entry, invoice processing, purchase orders, and timekeeping.
- Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems for project and compliance documentation.
- Answer and direct phone calls, greet visitors, and handle general office correspondence.
- Support HR and accounting functions as needed (onboarding, expense tracking, etc.).
- Help ensure smooth communication between the office, field teams, and subcontractors.
- 2+ years of administrative experience; construction or related industry experience highly preferred.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); experience with Procore, Bluebeam, or similar software a plus.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
- High level of professionalism and discretion with confidential information.
