Description Our client is seeking an organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to provide comprehensive support to their team. The Administrative Assistant will play a key role in maintaining the efficient operation of the office by performing administrative tasks, updating records, coordinating meetings, and handling correspondence. This position is ideal for someone with excellent multitasking abilities, strong communication skills, and a proactive mindset. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support by preparing reports, maintaining schedules, and handling correspondence.
- Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings for the team.
- Organize and maintain files, documents, and office records for easy accessibility.
- Greet and assist visitors and clients, ensuring a welcoming and professional experience.
- Handle incoming calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate department or individual.
- Assist with travel arrangements, expense reports, and supply orders as needed.
- Support office operations by performing various clerical tasks, including data entry and filing.
- Collaborate with team members to assist in other projects and provide general administrative support.
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree or additional certification in office administration is a plus.
- 1-3 years of experience in an administrative role or clerical environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately.
- Familiarity with office equipment (e.g., printers, copiers, scanners) and virtual meeting tools.
