- Assist with accounts payable and receivable processing.
- Enter financial transactions and maintain accurate digital and physical records.
- Support payroll preparation and timecard tracking.
- Reconcile statements, expense reports, and petty cash accounts.
- Provide general administrative support to accounting and HR teams.
- Help coordinate audits, reports, and month-end closing activities.
- Manage office supplies, filing systems, and internal communication as needed.
- 1-2 years of experience in accounting or administrative support roles.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Outlook).
- Excellent attention to detail and recordkeeping ability.
- Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Familiarity with accounting software or ERP systems preferred.
