- Provide comprehensive administrative support to financial advisors and firm leadership.
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, coordinate travel arrangements, and prepare meeting materials.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and client inquiries with professionalism and confidentiality.
- Maintain accurate client records and assist with account documentation and compliance requirements.
- Prepare correspondence, reports, and presentations as requested.
- Support event coordination, client meetings, and internal team functions.
- Assist with office management duties including ordering supplies, maintaining files, and processing mail.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless client service and operational efficiency.
- 2+ years of administrative experience; financial services or wealth management industry experience preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
