- Perform accurate typing and formatting of reports, proposals, and invoices.
- Handle copying, collating, and binding of documents to ensure a detail-oriented presentation.
- Manage both physical and electronic filing systems to maintain organized records.
- Enter and update data into company software systems with precision.
- Sort and process incoming and outgoing mail, ensuring timely distribution.
- Provide administrative support to the department, including answering inbound calls and managing correspondence.
- Compile, create, and maintain databases using various software tools.
- Coordinate multiple tasks while adhering to deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
- Assist with receptionist duties, including greeting visitors and directing inquiries. Requirements - Proficient in keyboarding and computer applications.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities.

- Previous experience in an engineering, architectural, or construction office is preferred.
