As an Administrative Assistant II, you will be part of the U.S. Intermediaries Administrative Team supporting the fulfillment functions of events team and providing direct administrative support to management. - Perform general office duties such as ordering supplies, maintaining records management systems, calendar management, management of reports for travel, expenses, preparing invoices, and other supportive administrative duties.
- Support fulfillment requests for the events team, helping in the coordination, management, and delivery of necessary materials for upcoming client events, meetings, and large-scale organizational events.
- File and retrieve corporate documents, records, and reports.
- Open, sort, and distribute incoming correspondence, including faxes and emails.
- Prepare responses to correspondence containing routing inquiries.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- 2-4 years of relevant experience in administrative or executive assistance/support.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to work proactively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with computer applications such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Successful in to working independently and managing time effectively.
