Receptionist (Onsite – Woodland Hills, CA)
Pay: $20–$23 per hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
Position Type: Temporary / Onsite
We’re seeking a Receptionist for our client in Woodland Hills, CA! This is an onsite, temporary position offering full-time hours in a dynamic and professional office environment.
Responsibilities:
Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees in a courteous and professional manner.
Answer and direct incoming phone calls and handle general inquiries.
Manage mail, packages, and office supplies.
Provide administrative support to various departments as needed.
Maintain a clean and organized front desk and reception area.
Qualifications:
1–2 years of experience in a fast-paced office or administrative environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Friendly, professional, and dependable demeanor.
