Job Title: Temporary Receptionist (2-Day Contract)
Location: Eastlake, Seattle, WA
Duration: 2 Days Only
Type: Contract | On-site

We’re seeking a friendly and professional Receptionist for a short-term assignment at a dynamic office in Eastlake. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong customer service skills who enjoys being the first point of contact in a welcoming environment.
Responsibilities:

  • Greet visitors and clients with warmth and professionalism

  • Answer and direct phone calls using a multi-line phone system

  • Manage incoming mail and deliveries

  • Maintain a tidy and organized front desk area

  • Provide general administrative support as needed

Requirements:

  • Previous receptionist or front desk experience preferred

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word)

  • Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented

Schedule:
October 30th & October 31st (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM).



Pay Details: $25.00 per hour
