- Support ad hoc projects and administrative tasks as needed.
- Proven experience in an administrative or executive support role within the Financial Services industry or a similar professional environment.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills to manage competing priorities effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- A proactive attitude with the ability to anticipate needs and solve problems efficiently.
- High attention to detail and a commitment to producing quality work.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced setting.
