About Our Client

This position is with a global financial services firm and is consistantly expanding year after year, including the New York City office. This position is in office 4 days a week in Midtown, Manhattan

Job Description

  • Manage executive calendars, including scheduling meetings and appointments with attention to detail.
  • Prepare and submit expense reports using Concur, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Coordinate international and domestic travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries.
  • Organize and oversee event planning, including logistics and vendor coordination.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Draft and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations as needed.
  • Act as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Provide general administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Executive Assistant should have:
  • Proficiency in calendar management and scheduling tools.
  • Experience with expense reporting platforms, such as Concur.
  • Strong organizational skills for managing travel arrangements and events.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment.
  • A positive, proactive attitude with a focus on problem-solving.
