Job Description

  • Manage complex calendars, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations with a high level of accuracy.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Coordinate internal and external communications on behalf of senior executives.
  • Assist with event planning and execution, including logistics and vendor coordination.
  • Track and process expense reports in a timely manner.
  • Serve as a liaison between executives and other departments or external stakeholders.
  • Support ad hoc projects and administrative tasks as needed.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Executive Assistant should have:
  • Proven experience in an administrative or executive support role within the Financial Services industry or a similar professional environment.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills to manage competing priorities effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • A proactive attitude with the ability to anticipate needs and solve problems efficiently.
  • High attention to detail and a commitment to producing quality work.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced setting.
