Job Description

  • Provide high-level administrative support to senior executives, including calendar management and meeting coordination
  • Arrange complex domestic and international travel itineraries and process expense reports
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, presentations, and reports with a high degree of accuracy and professionalism
  • Serve as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring timely communication and follow-up
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
  • Support project coordination and assist in tracking deliverables and deadlines
  • Manage logistics for leadership meetings, including agenda preparation and minutes documentation

The Successful Applicant

  • 7+ years of Executive Assistant experience
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple priorities effectively.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to interact with a wide range of stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software tools.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and demonstrate professionalism in all interactions.
  • Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to overcoming challenges.
  • Prior experience in the life sciences, biotech, or pharmaceutical industry is highly desirable
