Description The Executive Assistant will play a critical role in supporting the nonprofit's executive leadership team, ensuring operations run smoothly and efficiently. This position requires a highly organized individual who can manage multiple tasks, maintain confidentiality, and demonstrate strong communication skills. - Provide comprehensive administrative support to the executive leadership team, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, coordinating travel arrangements, and preparing reports.
- Serve as a liaison between leadership and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
- Draft correspondence, create presentations, and prepare meeting agendas and materials as needed.
- Organize events, conferences, and board meetings, including logistics and attendee coordination.
- Manage special projects aligned with the organization's mission and priorities.
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Support budget tracking and expense reporting processes.
- Continuously identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency for executive functions.
- 5+ years of experience as an executive assistant or in a similar administrative support role.
- Previous experience in the nonprofit sector is highly desirable.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with virtual collaboration tools (e.g., Zoom, Slack).
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- High level of integrity and the ability to handle confidential information with care.
