Description We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support the President of our organization. This is a Contract-to-permanent position based in Orlando, Florida, where you will play a pivotal role in managing administrative tasks and ensuring seamless day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate will excel in multitasking, possess outstanding computer and communication skills, and demonstrate exceptional professionalism. Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain the President's calendar, ensuring all appointments and meetings are scheduled accurately.
- Coordinate and arrange international and domestic travel, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations with impeccable grammar and formatting.
- Organize and facilitate executive meetings, including preparing agendas and taking minutes.
- Utilize Adobe, Excel, and Word to create and manage documents effectively.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications related to the President.
- Ensure all administrative tasks are completed promptly and with attention to detail.
- Monitor and prioritize incoming requests, providing timely responses and solutions.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with utmost discretion. Requirements - Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role.
- Strong proficiency in Adobe, Excel, and Word.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including grammar and editing.
- Ability to manage complex travel arrangements and itineraries.
- Proven experience in scheduling and coordinating executive-level meetings.
- Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
