Description We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative and project management support to the President and executive leadership team. This role requires a high degree of professionalism, confidentiality, and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. - Oversee the scheduling and coordination of executive calendars, including organizing meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Act as a liaison between the executive team and the Board of Directors, ensuring seamless communication and managing board-related documentation.
- Draft and edit correspondence, presentations, and reports, reflecting the executive team's priorities and voice.
- Manage special projects and strategic initiatives, developing project plans, timelines, and tracking progress to meet deadlines.
- Utilize AI tools and data analysis to streamline workflows, automate tasks, and provide actionable insights to support decision-making.
- Coordinate cross-functional operations and projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and priorities.
- Maintain and update corporate governance documents and the organization's legal entity database.
- Assist in the development and tracking of departmental budgets, expense reports, and financial activities.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
- Foster strong relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders to support collaboration and organizational success. Requirements - Bachelor's or Associate degree, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Minimum of three years of experience in an executive-level administrative support role.
- Proficiency in managing schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements with attention to detail.
- Strong experience working with non-profit organizations and board-related activities.
- Advanced written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to draft clear and effective correspondence and presentations.
- Familiarity with AI tools and data analysis techniques to enhance efficiency.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and projects in a fast-paced environment.
