- Work closely with EHS to ensure standards, processes, and procedures are being followed and met.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance manufacturing processes.
- Ensure proper maintenance and functionality of equipment and machinery.
- A Bachelor's Degree - required, Master's Degree - preferred
- 10+ years of experience in production and manufacturing.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and inspire a team.
- Comprehensive knowledge of manufacturing processes and safety standards.
- Experience driving Lean Manufacturing, SixSigma, and Continuous Improvement.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with various departments.
- Must have experience working in a union plant.
- Competitive base salary starting at $90,000 - $140,000
