Overview

• Demonstrate your ability to be a team player.
• Set up and clear tables, stock all service stations and assist servers with table service to ensure total guest satisfaction.
• Quickly clear dirty table settings and prepare table for resetting.
• Promptly and consistently reset all service-ware as prescribed.
• Maintain stock and cleanliness of stations for all meal periods with necessary equipment including silverware, linen and condiments.
• Practice "Teamwork" and "Clean as you go" policies.
• Transport all dirty tableware from dining room to dishwashing area for proper cleaning.
• Attend monthly departmental meetings.
• Follow proper standards and etiquette for room service deliveries.
• Memorize table numbers and seat numbers of the dining room and bar.
• Follow opening & closing side work sheet for food runner position.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• One year of restaurant experience is recommended but not required.
• Must be able to communicate clearly with guests, customers, supervisor and fellow employees.
• Must be able to work a flexible shift schedule to include weekdays, weekends, AM, PM, split shifts, and holidays. This is a night time intensive position working primarily dinner shift hours.
• Must be able to handle guest requests and/or complaints.

Compensation Range

The compensation for this position is $16.50/Hr - $16.50/Hr based on qualifications and experience.
