Position Overview The Accounting Manager will oversee the day-to-day accounting operations and play a key role in financial reporting, compliance, and strategic planning. Key Responsibilities
- Lead month-end and year-end close processes
- Prepare and review financial statements and management reports
- Supervise accounting staff and coordinate workflow
- Manage general ledger, reconciliations, and journal entries
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and external regulations
- Liaise with external auditors and tax professionals
- Support strategic financial planning and decision-making
