- Prepare and record journal entries with precision and timeliness.
- Reconcile general ledger accounts, identifying and resolving any discrepancies.
- Assist in the month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and internal financial guidelines.
- Monitor outstanding accounts receivable and conduct follow-ups on overdue invoices.
- Document all collection activities and maintain up-to-date customer records.
- Collaborate with internal departments to address billing concerns and discrepancies.
- Escalate unresolved delinquent accounts to appropriate channels.
- Support ad hoc financial projects and requests as needed.
- 1-3 years of experience in accounting or collections.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with accounting software such as Dynamics AX.
- Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to provide exceptional customer service.
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple tasks efficiently.
- Knowledge of accounts payable, accounts receivable, and invoice processing.
- Experience with QuickBooks and data entry processes is a plus.
