As a key member of our accounting department, you'll play an essential role in managing accounts payable, accounts receivable, and data entry, ensuring precision and efficiency in every transaction. Responsibilities:
- Accurately enter and maintain financial records and documentation.
- Process vendor invoices and payments to keep accounts payable on track.
- Manage accounts receivable activities, including posting payments and resolving discrepancies.
- Research and identify unclaimed funds across multiple platforms, reporting findings to leadership.
- Collaborate closely with the finance team to ensure data integrity and timely updates.
- Respond to internal inquiries and support compliance with company accounting procedures.
- Assist with invoice management, reconciliation, and month-end close processes.
- Participate in ongoing training to refine workflows and enhance efficiency.
- Maintain and update financial data using QuickBooks and other accounting tools.
- Provide extra support during high-volume financial periods.
- Strong attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy.
- Experience with accounts payable/receivable and financial data entry.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- A team-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently when needed.
