Century Group is hiring: Senior Accounting Manager in Los Angeles

Century Group is partnering with a client that is seeking a Senior Accountant to join their team. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting base salary of $110,000 to $125,000 per year.

Job Responsibilities:

• Applies strong knowledge of US GAAP and accounting principles to ensure accurate reporting
  
• Demonstrates strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills in managing accounting tasks
  
• Communicates effectively through verbal and written channels with internal and external stakeholders
  
• Organizes work efficiently with excellent attention to detail and time management
  
• Manages multiple priorities and adapts to changing business needs

Requirements:

• Prepares fixed asset and non-standard journal entries including equity distributions and impairments
  
• Monitors cost allocations across departments and entities to ensure accuracy
  
• Reviews corporate-level accounting activity and general administrative expenses
  
• Assists with external audits by preparing schedules and documentation
  
• Conducts technical accounting research and supports special projects

Qualifications:

• Prepares debt compliance reports and monitors loan covenant adherence
  
• Performs treasury functions including wire transfers and cash position reviews
  
• Collaborates with Finance to develop operating cash flow forecasts using Kyriba
  
• Oversees monthly reconciliation of all company bank accounts
  
• Maintains bank documents, coordinates signature changes, and manages account openings and closures
