We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Payable Specialist. This role is responsible for managing the company's outgoing payments, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with internal policies and external regulations. Review and verify invoice coding and payment terms + Prepare and execute weekly check runs, ACH payments, and wire transfers + Reconcile accounts payable transactions and resolve discrepancies + Maintain vendor records and ensure W-9 and tax documentation is up to date + Support audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations + Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures 2+ years of experience in accounts payable or general accounting Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks, NetSuite) Strong Excel skills and familiarity with spreadsheets and formulas We offer contract, temporary and permanent placement solutions for finance and accounting, technology, marketing and creative, legal, and administrative and customer support roles.
