As a
Loan Origination Sales Specialist , you will convert warm leads into qualified applications, serve as the first point of contact for borrowers, and guide them through the pre-approval and origination process. You will be responsible for maintaining a healthy pipeline and ensuring timely submission of loan packages. Key Responsibilities:
Respond to inbound leads and inquiries via phone and email Pre-qualify borrowers by collecting and reviewing financial documents Guide borrowers through the application and approval process Clearly explain loan products, terms, and timelines Maintain a consistent pipeline and hit origination targets Coordinate with processing, underwriting, and closing teams Accurately input and track deal flow in HubSpot (CRM) Provide a high-touch customer experience from initial contact to funding
Requirements:
2+ years of experience in
loan origination, mortgage sales, or lending operations Working knowledge of real estate investment finance Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot preferred) Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills Self-motivated and able to operate in a fully remote environment Previous experience in
hard money, bridge lending, or mortgage
is a major plus
