Position : Administrative Assistant / Receptionist
Schedule : Full-Time (Monday–Friday, 7 : 00 AM – 4 : 00 PM)
Pay Rate : $19.00 per hour & Up (Depending on Experience)

Director of Administration and HR

Administrative & Receptionist Duties

As the first point of contact, you will manage all front-office operations and general clerical support :

  • Reception Services : Answer phones, handle customer inquiries, and direct visitors with professional phone etiquette and excellent service.
  • Office Management : Coordinate office inventory, maintain filing systems, organize office spaces, and schedule service calls for equipment.
  • Clerical Support : Provide general clerical assistance, including typing, mailing, photocopying, faxing, and scanning.
  • Calendar Management : Book meetings and conference rooms, and maintain the calendar of company events and assignments.
  • Documentation : Assist with the digitization of old accounting and payroll records to maintain proper documentation.
  • Assist field and shop staff by managing office supplies and forms.
