What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Lead the monthly, quarterly, and annual close process, ensuring timely and accurate financial statements
Oversee the external reporting team for timely delivery of SEC filings, including 10-K, 10-Q, and related disclosures
Manage the capitalized software development accounting process and ensure compliance with applicable guidance
Supervise the preparation of monthly internal reporting packages and conduct primary reviews of deliverables
Partner with FP&A, Tax, Treasury, Legal, and operational departments to support business initiatives and ongoing reporting requirements
What is Required (Qualifications)
13+ years of experience in corporate accounting, with at least 4 years in a leadership role at a public company
Experience with operational accounting, including consolidation and SEC reporting
Minimum 4 years of management experience, with strengths in team building and performance management
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Proficiency in MS Office and experience with documenting processes and procedures
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience managing remote teams
Familiarity with NetSuite, Blackline, Tableau, Knime, or Alteryx applications
Strong problem-solving, planning, quality control, adaptability, and cross-functional collaboration skills
