Credal.ai is a small startup focused on responsible AI integrations for highly regulated industries such as finance, infrastructure, healthcare, and education. We serve public‑facing institutions and provide solutions that accelerate complex operations while weaving security and governance throughout our product.
We are seeking a mission‑driven Account Executive. As an Account Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth by closing qualified leads, maintaining strong customer relationships, and identifying opportunities for enterprise upsells.
Key Responsibilities
Engage inbound leads, qualify their needs, and demonstrate how Credal’s solutions address them.
Guide potential customers through the sales process, addressing queries and ensuring they have all necessary information to make informed decisions.
Collaborate with product teams to create demos and explain solutions tailored to specific business needs.
Identify and develop new enterprise upsell opportunities by deeply understanding clients’ business needs and aligning them with Credal’s offerings.
Work closely with clients to expand the scope of services used, presenting additional Credal solutions that drive value.
Represent Credal externally at conferences or events.
Qualifications
Track record of successful deal closure in a Seed or Series A stage company.
Experience with enterprise sales and upselling is a plus.
Passion for a mission to harness frontier intelligence for a better future.
