Building Engineer- Maintain, diagnose, and troubleshoot a variety of HVAC systems- Repair and maintain fan coil units, building loops, pumps, heat exchangers, and forced air components (VAV, circuit setters, controls)- Identifying maintenance tasks or risks- Coordinating with HVAC service contractors with repairs and installations- Document maintenance activities using CMMS- Basic electrical, carpentry, painting, plumbing, misc. maintenance activities when needed
7:00AM to 3:30PM Monday through Friday. Must be willing to respond to emergencies or work up to 16 hours in the event of emergencies or special projects.

Additional Skills & Qualifications
Commercial or large facility HVAC maintenance experience required
EPA (Type 1, Type 2, Universal) not required but strongly preferred. Candidate should have some formal training in HVAC maintenance.
Prior facility maintenance experience in a school, hospital, or corporate campus strongly preferred. New graduates not likely to be considered.
Must be willing to perform maintenance tasks not directly related to HVAC such as painting, flooring, plumbing, electrical.
High level of professionalism and customer service
Capable of working in a dynamic environment.
Experience Level Intermediate Level
Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $35.00/hr.
