About the Role Our client, a fast-growing leader in Legal Technology, is seeking a Business Intelligence Analyst to drive analytics and reporting across their Technical Support and Professional Services organizations. In this highly visible and hands-on role, you’ll own the design and execution of dashboards, reporting frameworks, and data operations across tools like Salesforce Service Cloud, Power BI, SupportLogic, and Workday.

You’ll partner closely with leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to translate complex business needs into scalable data strategies—delivering actionable insights that improve performance, streamline operations, and support strategic decision‑making.

This is an excellent opportunity for a BI Analyst who thrives in data‑driven, cross‑functional environments and is passionate about owning the analytics function from end to end.

Key Responsibilities Reporting & Dashboard Strategy

Design, develop, and maintain dashboards and reports in Salesforce and Power BI for Support and Services teams.

Build scalable and consistent reporting frameworks across Customer Support, Professional Services, and Customer Success.

Align reporting standards across business units including Sales, Product, and Engineering.

Data Operations & Integrations

Ensure data integrity and consistency across platforms such as Salesforce, SupportLogic, Forethought, YMeadows, and Workday.

Map and document data flows between systems; identify areas for automation and improved visibility.

Partner with Salesforce Admins and IT/Data teams to troubleshoot data issues and ensure quality.

Cross‑functional Leadership

Serve as a strategic analytics partner to senior leadership.

Manage intake, prioritization, and execution of reporting requests.

Translate business requirements into technical, scalable solutions.

Insights & Enablement

Analyze key performance indicators to uncover trends and drive operational efficiency.

Present insights and recommendations to executives and cross‑functional stakeholders.

Enable end‑users through training, documentation, and self‑service tools.

Required Qualifications

5+ years of experience in reporting, data analysis, or business intelligence, preferably within a SaaS or technology organization.

Deep expertise in Salesforce Service Cloud reporting and data structures.

Strong working knowledge of Power BI, Excel, and SQL.

Demonstrated ability to work cross‑functionally with Support, Services, Sales, and Product teams.

Strong communication, stakeholder engagement, and strategic thinking skills.

Experience managing end‑to‑end reporting projects independently.

Familiarity with data governance best practices.

Prior experience mentoring or leading analytics initiatives.
