New York, NY onsite We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualification Primary Responsibilities :

Generate and distribute customer invoices, including deposit invoices when applicable. Reach out to customers with past due accounts in accordance with the current collections policy; update collection activities in the NetSuite ERP system. Prepare and process check payments for deposit, including scanning and initiating remote bank deposits; communicate deposit details to relevant teams. Apply customer payments to accounts receivable at the invoice or sales order level within the ERP system. Track and maintain records of customer disputes and their current resolution status. Collaborate with the appropriate service department to review and resolve disputes, securing necessary approvals for customer refunds. Investigate, prepare, and post credit memo requests in the ERP system as required. Support various reporting tasks, AR and bank reconciliations, and respond to internal / external audit inquiries. Process customer credit card payments. Address and respond to chargebacks in a timely manner. Education & Required Experience / Skills :

Qualified candidates will have a B.A. / B.S. degree The ideal candidate will have majored in Accounting, to facilitate future position rotation opportunities within the Finance department. Other Business-related degrees will be considered. 3 5 years of relevant work experience, with the ability to adapt quickly to new software systems. Prior experience using NetSuite ERP is mandatory; familiarity with Oracle EBS is a plus. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Outlook and Excel. Quick learner with a proactive mindset and a strong sense of teamwork. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated. Capable of prioritizing tasks, meeting deadlines, and following instructions effectively. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Demonstrated ability to collaborate with colleagues at all levels, fostering effective teamwork and problem-solving.
