Job Overview
Supplemental Health Care is seeking a travel CT Technologist for a 13‑week assignment in Augusta, Georgia. The role involves performing CT imaging while ensuring patient safety and comfort. The position is full‑time 36 hours per week, 12‑hour night shifts, with potential for contract extension.
Responsibilities
Using computerized tomography equipment to capture diagnostic images
Sterilizing radiologic equipment to ensure the safety of patients
Explaining scanning procedures to patients
Ensuring patient safety and comfort, including appropriate radiation protection practices
Evaluating CT scans to determine whether they are of good technical quality
Qualifications
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree from an accredited Radiologic Technology program
Current American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) certification in Radiography (R); ARRT (CT) certification preferred
Active state radiologic technologist license (if applicable)
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association; Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) preferred
1–2 years of experience as a Radiologic Technologist; prior CT imaging experience strongly preferred
Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and CT imaging protocols
Contract Details Duration: 13 weeks, 36 hours per week (12‑hour night shifts). Salary: $1,494–$1,653 per week. NOC shifts available. Potential to extend.
