Payroll Specialist

Purpose The Payroll Specialist position supports the Payroll Department in timely and accurate weekly payroll submission and record keeping.
Responsibilities
Assist Sr Payroll Admin in timely and accurate weekly payroll submission.
Organize and scan Payroll and HR documents.
Audit and reconcile time sheets, earnings, deductions, and leave balances.
Enter wage garnishments and court orders.
Research and solve payroll errors and/or discrepancies.
Provide customer service to the field and operations.
Run and generate standard reports.
Weekly check distribution.
Other Duties
Data entry and Payroll BLS reporting.

Education, Certificates, Licenses, or Designations

Specific Skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
1‑2 Years of experience with data processing.
Work Environment While performing the essential duties of this position, an individual regularly works indoors and may be required to sit for long periods. Individuals will be required to talk, hear, see and often reach with hands, stand, walk, use a computer keyboard, mouse, telephone, and other office equipment.
