ZWD51,900/yr - ZWD73,000/yr Responsibilities
Handle all aspects of commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, and development. Draft, review, and negotiate complex commercial real estate contracts and documents such as purchase agreements, leases, financing agreements, and joint venture agreements. Provide counsel to clients on various commercial real estate matters, including land use, zoning, and environmental issues. Manage due diligence efforts, including title, survey, and environmental reviews. Collaborate with clients, opposing counsel, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth and efficient transaction processes. Stay current with local, state, and federal real estate laws and regulations impacting commercial real estate. Qualifications
J.D. from an accredited law school and active bar membership in Virginia. A minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial real estate transactions, in a law firm setting. Strong knowledge of real estate law, contracts, and finance, with a track record of handling complex real estate deals. Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple clients and transactions simultaneously in a deadline-driven environment. Strong business acumen and ability to provide strategic advice tailored to clients' needs.
